Exchange Policy

No Returns/Exchanges are possible during Sale time or for Sale Products. All sales are finals.

We do not accept returns as every piece is made to order.

We only provide exchange of size or alteration and credit notes in some cases. Customer Orders cannot be altered further/exchanged. For any alteration request, please write to us at

Incase of any alteration/ exchange of size, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 3 days of delivery. We have a 3 day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to notify us regarding any exchange request. We accept exchange only if the product is returned to The Gaima Label Headquarters in Delhi within 10 working days of submitting your exchange request. Any items received beyond 10 days will not be entertained for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Incase, the product received is defected or damaged, please inform us within 3 days of receiving so that we can arrange a replacement or credit note which is valid for six months.

Important Note (Exchange and Credit Notes)

  1. Products once exchanged/ altered are not eligible for further exchange or alterations. 
  2.  No exchanges will be accepted for the orders whose sizes have been confirmed by you to our team. For any size query, always feel free to reach out to us through email or whatsapp. 
  3. The cost of sending the products to us have to be borne by the customer. You will have to Self Ship the products to us. We will dispatch the altered/ exchanged product at our expense.Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know your right size. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
