Fitting issues

I placed an exchange order and couriered the dress back to you on 2nd July. On 4th I got confirmation of your recieving it. It's 17th July today an did have still not received the exchanged order. I have been following up everyday and not getting any update or delivery since a week now. Extremely unprofessional.
